We collect the property address, phone number and email address you enter on the form, together with your consent checkbox response. When you call, a virtual assistant answers and takes your name, phone number and property address. We also collect what you tell us during the call, which is recorded and transcribed.
Your form submission and your conversation both provide information about your request. The recording and its written transcript are part of the information we collect through calls. The details you choose to provide allow us to respond about the property you want to discuss.
The chat box on this website is answered by a virtual assistant. Like call transcripts, the messages you type in the chat are saved so we can answer your request.
Website analytics and cookies
We collect basic information about website use through privacy-friendly analytics and Google Analytics. This includes which pages people view, the device they use and their approximate location. Google Analytics uses cookies as part of that collection.
How we use and share details
We use your information to reply to your inquiry and pass your request to one local buyer. That buyer is an investor who purchases houses directly and may contact you about the property. We pass along only the contact and property details you agreed to share: your name, phone number, email address and property address.
We use and share chat details in the same way, passing them only to the one local buyer you agree to.
The details you send go only to the one local buyer you agree to be connected with and the service providers named below for running the site. Sharing your request with the local buyer is limited to that one buyer. We also share information with the service providers used to operate the site, including hosting, phone and virtual assistant services, email delivery and analytics.
Your consent and contact choices
We contact you about your request by call, text or email only with your consent. You can give that permission through the form checkbox or by agreeing during a phone call. Your consent allows contact about the property inquiry you submitted.
To stop text messages, reply STOP. To stop calls or emails, ask us to discontinue those contacts. You can also contact us about opting out using the privacy email below or by calling.
